Tell us about yourself in 50 words or less. We want to know one or two things that you'd want someone to know about you?

I'm Erin: yogi, blogger, and aspiring fashionista. My passion is helping others create and embrace bliss in their everyday lives. In the moments in between. The moments that are easily ignored, but hold so much potential for creating joy, happiness, and love.

What are you most grateful for in life?

So many things! My family, friends, the wide expanse of nature, and the opportunity to pursue my dreams.

Who do you find beautiful – and what makes them beautiful to you?

To me, the most beautiful people are those who are living their true, authentic lives--the passion that shines out their eyes is the most beautiful trait there is.

Was there ever a time that you felt ugly? What happened and how did you react?

There have been many moments I didn't feel beautiful, as I think there have been for most women, unfortunately. They creep in at unexpected moments, and sometimes it's easy to get sucked down into feelings of shame, ugliness, or insignificance. But the good news is that I know I have the power to change my mindset- we all do- and remind myself that I AM beautiful, and I am enough.

When did you realize you were beautiful?

As soon as I manage to "flip" my mindset, and repeat my mantra of self-worth, I am usually able to believe in my beauty. (And sometimes, if that on its own isn't enough, a hot shower and face mask will help do the trick!)

 What makes you beautiful?

My open mind and open heart, my genuine smile, and my eyes when they're shining with happiness. True story: I have bright blue eyes (inherited from my dad), and last year when I resigned from my corporate job to pursue my dreams of teaching yoga, I started receiving infinitely more compliments on my eyes. I absolutely believe it's because I left a job that was making me miserable, and began pursuing one that made me genuinely happy. So happy, that the happiness literally shone out my eyes.

How has your idea of beauty changed over the years?

I've always understood that there is "inner beauty" and "outer beauty". But I used to see them as two entirely different concepts. Now, I view inner beauty as the driver for outer beauty.

If you could go back in time and give your younger self one piece of advice, what would it be?

Relax. And smile more.
